Fees: Speech, Feeding and Myofunctional Therapy 

Evaluations/Initial Appointment: before your child starts therapy, an evaluation is required to determine if they need therapy services and to create a treatment plan with measurable goals. Please read the following carefully. All evaluations are the same experience, it is simply the write-up that varies. You do not need to decide on an option before the appointment; we will discuss and choose together. 

• Initial evaluation with written report: $600.00

  • This includes a detailed, multipage report of your child's evaluation results. This type of documentation may be needed for insurance reimbursement. This also includes goals and a treatment plan. 

• Initial evaluation with 1 page summary: $475.00

  • This gives you a quick summary of your child's evaluation results with goals and treatment plan. Most families choose this option. ​

• Initial evaluation with no write-up: $350.00

  • please note, you cannot choose this option if your child needs on-going therapy. On-going therapy requires goals and a treatment plan. This is typically only offered as an option if your child does not need therapy (based on evaluation results), or if you only want a consultation (not on-going treatment). 

• Please allow 60-90 minutes for this appointment

• Please add a $25 travel fee if seen outside of the clinic (e.g. home, preschool, daycare)

Treatment Sessions:

• $210.00 per 60-minute session: 50 minutes of treatment and 10 minutes for documentation and planning.

• $180.00 per 45-minute session: 35 minutes of treatment and 10 minutes of documentation and planning

• $140.00 per 30-minute session: 25 minutes of treatment and 5 minutes of documentation and planning

  • If sessions extend beyond 60 minutes, additional time will be prorated at $50 per 15 minutes increments.

  • Please add $25 travel fee per session, if seen outside of the clinic (e.g. home, preschool, daycare

  • The same rate is charged for meetings, phone calls, observations, consultations, additional reports, exceeding 15 minutes.
