Fees & Insurance

  • Initial Session/Assessment:

    • $275.00: Assessment only with no write-up.

    • $375.00: This includes an assessment of your child with a written a treatment plan/home program. This does not include a detailed written report, but a brief write-up with goals/treatment plan only.

    • $550.00 assessment with detailed report. You must choose this option if you need a report with detailed information to share with other providers (e.g., ENT, Pediatric Dentist, Gastroenterologist, School SLP, etc.).

    • $125.00: This fee is if you are a new client with an outside assessment (e.g. assessment from a school IEP, hospital based SLP or from a SLP in private practice). Please add $125 to your initial treatment session. This goes towards chart review, therapy planning and updated goals.

    • Please add a $50 fee for an in-home or on-site assessment

 

  • Therapy Sessions:

    • $195.00 per 60-minute session

      • 50 minutes of treatment and 10 minutes for documentation and planning.

    • $165.00 per 45-minute session

      • 35 minutes of treatment and 10 minutes of documentation and planning

    • $125.00 per 30-minute session

      • 25 minutes of treatment and 5 minutes of documentation and planning

    • If sessions extend beyond 60 minutes, additional time will be prorated at be $45 per 15 minutes increments.

    • Please add $25 per session for in-home or on-site services

 

  • Meetings, Observations, Consultations, additional reports, etc: $195.00/60 mins, $165/45 mins, $125/30 mins.

    • This includes formal meetings (e.g., IEP meetings, IEP development, meeting with other specialists, consultations with other professionals, etc.

    • Consultations without a written report or treatment plan (to gain information)

    • If extended beyond 60 minutes, additional time will be prorated at be $45 per 15 minutes increments.

    • Please add a $50 fee for an in-home or on-site observation or meeting

Early Intervention Services: we are providers with Golden Gate Regional Center for early intervention services. ​

Insurance: we are currently in-network providers with Blue Shield of California and Meritage Network of Marin. *******Our Blue Shield contract will end in July 2024*******​

·    Other insurance: you may be able to receive reimbursement from your insurance company for out-of-network providers. This is the responsibility of the family to arrange this with your insurance provider. We can provide you with a "superbill", which includes diagnostic and procedure codes that can be submitted to your insurance company. We ask that families act as the liaison for any direct communication with their insurance companies.
